“Kris helped us enormously with our Schnoodle, Zac. We had an issue where Zac had lost confidence with our little two year old grandson who, (as toddlers can be) was erratic in how he behaved with Zac.
Kris reinforced the behaviour in Zac just to move away and make space between them, and also encouraged the gentle behaviour from our grandson with him.
